We’re almost now at 6 million gallons of clean drinking water! 100% profits of this one necklace goes to @charity: water and @Pious Projects to start and maintain water projects which has given us the opportunity to donate over $13,000 to water initiatives which equates to over 5 million gallons. 1 in 10 people worldwide lack basic access to clean and safe drinking water. That’s 771 million people, twice the population of the United States. Women and girls spend 200 million hours every single day collecting water worldwide. A powerful 6.8-magnitude earthquake struck Marrakech, Morocco, late Friday night and has killed at least 2,862 people in the country’s strongest quake in more than a century. @Mo.Hazaa and his team helping people cool off in a refugee camp in Lebanon and the kids are loving it as they have fun in the water. Life for refugees is not comfortable in the summer nor the winter as temperatures reach over 100 degrees farenheit these days and drop under 20 degrees farenheit in the winter. We sometimes complain about the heat yet have AC in our cars, our homes, our offices. These tents feel like furnaces in the summer as heat gets trapped inside. Our hearts are always with them ♥️
Reminiscing and thinking about our trip and the kids from our mission trip in Wajir Kenya today. This video we took was of Nestayha, a 7 year old girl from Wajir, who lost her hearing when she was young after she became sick and her eardrums were ruptured.
