I have been navigating dealing with some exorbitantly difficult issues and how to go about sharing them with you, my community and kickstarter backers. I put my trust in Pietra, the global e-commerce platform and marketplace for start-ups and small businesses alike, and they have failed me. They are a large platform for new businesses to source suppliers, factories, and resources with a trusted and “vetted” list of manufacturers and beyond. They advertise themselves as “A single platform that provides you the tools and resources to save your brand time and money.” and unfortunately my experience has been the diametrical opposite. The goal is to get the goods enroute and into the warehouse ASAP with just action and accountability. All patience is greatly appreciated as we get product in motion.
