breakfast: la vie bacon sarnie with vegan feta, avocado & tomatoes (so good!)
snack: biscuits from bybi (vegan skincare brand)
lunch: cucumber, olives, red onion, v feta, pickled garlic
dinner: no beef brisket (taste the difference) and mediterranean veg
w hidden sea wine (a great eco swap!)
