From buds to blossoms, Traverse City has started to BLOOM! 🌸
Things to note:
🔅 This is only the beginning and we will likely see more blossoms in the coming weeks with warm weather on the horizon.
❌ Please remember these are private orchards and it’s best to view the blossoms from the roadside.
🚗 The best scenic drives to take are M-37 on the Old Mission Peninsula, M-22, and County Road 633 on the Leelanau Peninsula.
🍒 Orchards that have sweet cherries blossom first and then they are followed by orchards that have tart cherries.
☔️ The timeline to see blossoms is usually two weeks and it all depends on if we see rain in the forecast.
