Great tips for template routing shared from @dmiller.designs
1. Get yourself some really good double sided tape. Last thing you need is the template moving and ruining everything. My goto is tape from X Fasten Brand.

2. Get yourself a really good compression flush trim bit. This is where you should not go cheap as you get what you pay for. I went with a few different sizes from Amana Tool (57178) and picked both of them up at @toolstoday.

3. This is the cheapest of all but the most important. Have PATIENCE. This is something you can not rush into. Take your time and you’ll get the results. Drilling holes with the i2R W.42 2'x4' CNC machine to start a project making a clamp rack. For this drilling setup I used the Amana Tool 363032 3.2mm, roughly 1/8" solid carbide drill bit, with the 364032 drill adapter and the 47638 1/2" shank drill bit adapter to get it to a 1/2" shank the collet can grab all available from @toolstoday. This setup really increases efficiency and prevents burning when making holes like this.

Hi guys! After gluing the edge bandings up. Now they need to be trimmed up. I‘m using here my Vario Master Bench from @sautershop with @piher_clamps Mini Quick T-Track clamps. It’s the best way to fix the pieces on the bench in my opinion. For trimming I using the @hikokipowertoolsde edge router.

I then flattened off the majority of the epoxy using a router flattening jig, check #ttflatteningjig  to see how it was made, and the Amana Tool RC-2255 3 wing insert carbide flattening bit. I used Total Boat 2:1 epoxy, now available on our website, and @mixolusa #25  White tint and Mixol #10  red tint, easily the best looking red I've ever used. I absolutely love the look of this!
