Afrim is one of the world's youngest "Maitre Fromager," an honour bestowed on February 19, 2013, by France-based Guilde Internationale des Fromagers, an exclusive association representing more than 5,000 dairy professionals worldwide.
You may have watched Afrim host @foodnetworkca's first-ever docu-series "Cheese- A Love Story." His cookbook "For The Love of Cheese" is also a bestseller!

Trevor has made a life and career surrounded by the sights and sounds of food and drink. He has spent over 20 years producing thousands of event experiences as an executive for major entertainment venues, top-tier hotels & casinos for the likes of heads of state and Hollywood starlets. He’s a lover of ‘the story’ and is inspired with each bite and sip around him and believes we are all connected through our dining experiences.
Trevor has helped co-create and develop some of Toronto’s most forefront brands, including Kanpai Snack Bar, Yatai Japanese Street Food, Shook Noodle, La Brea Food, Fat Rabbit, Stackt Market collabs, Superfresh, Joybird and Baobird.

With "Fabbrica," he has taken another turn and captivated customers with rustic Italian fare in a warm, yet contemporary setting at The Shops at Don Mills.
Mark has also added television personality to his long list of talents and is currently the head judge on "Top Chef Canada" and judge on "Chopped Canada." His first show for The Food Network, "The Heat" was a riveting behind the scenes look at North 44 Caters as well as the building of McEwans grocery store.
