your turbo boost is forcing your fuel out of the jet the only way to fix this is put the carburetor on the suction side of the turbo.

thats not a blow through carb your litterly blowing fuel back down the main jet forcing fuel out the bowl vent

If you don’t have the fuel bowl pressurized the carb won’t feed enough fuel the flip side of that is for every psi of boost you need to increase fuel
