3 mistakes I made when I started my coaching business.
CHARGING TOO LOW
Contrary to popular belief, it isn’t always start lower. It really does depend on who your serving, what the value is and your desires. Don’t underestimate yourself just because you’re at the take off point. It’s still costs to get on the runway!
TALKING TO PEOPLE WHO WON’T UNDERSTAND
It might sound harsh but you just can’t tell people who have no understanding of business or coaching about your business and who you’re coaching. You have got to find a tribe that is not even like minded but higher minded than you.
TRYING TO DO ALL THE PARTS
They say at the beginning you’re going to be doing all the jobs BUT why though? After awhile I hired a VA. (I wish I’d done it sooner). Trying to do all the things will not only burn you out, but you’ll actually do a 💩 job. You’re not all the thing IN you’re business. You’re the CEO, with that in mind, begin to think and implement that kind of living.
