any urologists care to weigh in? Doesn't holding it in too long cause bladder muscle weakness?

My bladder tells me the moment there is anything in it. It wakes me up thru the night, too. I’m struggling with it bad.

OK so I heard this trick before and I have an overactive bladder. tried to retrain and ended up with a UTI 😑 (haven't had one in 15 years prior)

Work for usps and I do not have this choice. You go when you get a chance or you don’t go 💔

This is super interesting but the guy was going on vacation so I think he meant when you’re going to be in the car or on a place

This is about going when you don’t really feel an urge to go. Don’t take it to the extreme. You should be able to go 2-4 hours between voids.
