Recipe🍹
Cored Pineapple (or fun glass)
1 part Rum (I used a local Costa Rican Rum!)
1 part Cream of Coconut
1/4 part pineapple juice
Pineapple chunks
Lots of ice!
Garnish with tropical flower, fruit, and/or drink umbrella.
Core pineapple and save juice and pieces from inside. Blend all ingredients together. Pour mixture into cored pineapple and enjoy!🍹🍍🥥

🩷Pink Pasta🍴
Recipe:
8oz Cooked Beets (we used @lovebeets )
5oz Goat Cheese
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
3 Garlic Cloves
Lemon Juice from 1/2 Lemon
2-3 Tbsp coconut milk (as needed)
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 Tbsp Paprika is a fun addition too!
8oz Pasta (we used @banza chickpea pasta)
Basil and parm for garnish
Bring a pot of salted water to boil, reserve 1/4 cup pasta water. While pasta cooks add olive oil to pan and heat med-high. Once hot add garlic until golden brown (1-2 min) and set aside. Add cooked beets, goat cheese, garlic, lemon juice, coconut milk, reserved pasta water, and S&P to food processor/blender and blend until smooth. Add paprika if you want! The Hungarian in me likes to add it to everything and it gives a little peppery zing! Pour sauce over pasta and stir over low heat. Once warmed up serve with parmesan or goat cheese sprinkles and basil🌱Enjoy!💗
