EASY PUMPKIN BANANA BREAD 🍞
Ingredients:
2x Ripe Bananas
1 1/3 cups of Pumpkin Puree
1/2 Cup of Honey
1/2 Cup White Sugar
1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
2x Eggs
2 1/2 Cups of Flour
2 teaspoons of Kanel Spices Perfect Pumpkin Pie Spice (available at our shop)
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon of baking powder
I also topped mine with cream cheese icing chips that I found in my pantry 🧑🍳
Mix it all together, bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes (or until nothing comes off on a tooth pick when you prick it in the middle). Maybe try not to burn one side like I did 🤪
Fun Fact: I make banana bread every Sunday, this was a fun way to mix it up with some leftover pumpkin that I had from making some deserts for Thanksgiving 🦃
