Hope Cornell shows you how to make applesauce!
Ingredients:
Apples
1/2 cup water per 4 apples (add more if needed)
Sugar (to taste)
Spices like cinnamon or nutmeg (to taste)
Steps:
1. Peel apples
2. Remove damaged parts and cut into pieces roughly the same size
3. Add to pot with just enough water so the apples don't stick
4. Cook over medium heat until apples are softened
5. Allow mixture to cool a little bit and mash/blend
6. Add suggar and spices to taste
*Eat within three days or freeze*

PART 1: ICYMI: Featured on Forbes and W Magazine, "Seeing Loud: Basquiat and Music" took Montreal by storm between October 16, 2022 and February 19, 2023, hosted in the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts. Displaying the works of Jean-Michel Basquiat, a pioneer in the graffiti and neo-expressionism movement, the exhibition was the first of its kind as it illustrated the indivisibility of Basquiat's musical influences from his iconic paintings.
