The “now” was last week immediately after combing out curls without even finishing cream / oil which I usually finish off hair with after styling!

I use multiple different brands so I wont be intentionally selling any one brand as a holy grail here alone but I do have faves if anyone needs recs!
Id recommend more looking into some method changes: treating the scalp as well as the hair, double shampooing, using blow drying creams on hair that ISNT soaking wet and has already begun drying, use your fingers not fingernails to scrub and more of those sorts.
Also. Find a good hair dresser who wants you to feel your best and help you get your dream hair without compromising hair health! 🫶🏻

Statistically speaking good times had to be coming at some point 😅💀
I think experiencing fight or flight level anxiety had me feeling I’d never appreciate a sunset or random call from a friend, like I’d never find purpose in playing with paints all day or hell even making friends. I didnt and couldnt see past the overwhelming stress.
But lately Ive been excited to light candles, happy to do laundry, and thrilled to step outside first thing in the morning to feel the ground on my feet and feel the air on my face.
I see joy in it all. It feels kind of magical living again.

Let them set first but then take the wide tooth comb through your hair all around. I finish usually with texture spray and a little oil if I want it to last.
