Our new go-to comfort meal this fall - creamy one pot tomato orzo 🤤
What you need:
- 100 ml Joya soya cuisine
- 250 g orzo
- 10 ml olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 400 g canned tomatoes (chopped)
- 350 ml vegetable stock
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp dried herbs
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 50 g vegan cheese
- parsley
How to:
1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add garlic and sauté for about a minute.
3. Stir in orzo pasta and dried herbs and cook for 2-3 minutes.
4. Pour in canned tomatoes, vegetable stock, sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
5. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat, cover and cook until orzo pasta is tender and most of the liquid is absorbed. Stir occasionally. If needed, add more hot water.
6. Add Joya cuisine and vegan cheese until you have a creamy sauce.
7. Taste and adjust the seasoning to your liking.
8. Garnish with parsley & enjoy!

1 tsp vanilla extract
100 g oats
40 g vegan protein powder
25 g ground flaxseed
a pinch of salt
30 g mini dark chocolate chips
Mix all the ingredients in a food processor. The consitency should be like cookie dough. If needed, you can add more Joya drink. Line a square baking tin or loaf tin with baking paper. Put the mixture into the tin and press down with a spoon or your hands. Put in the freezer for 15-20 minutes. Cut into bars and enjoy ❤️

What you need:
- 200-250 ml Joya 1.8 % oatdrink
- 60 g oats
- 10 g chia seeds
- 2 tsp pistachio butter
- 150 g Joya soya yogurt alternative (vanilla)
- optional: sweetener of choice
- 20 g vegan white chocolate
- pistachios for topping
How to:
Mix the oats, chia seeds, oat drink, 1 tsp of pistachio butter and sweetener of choice and put in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight. The next day, top your oats with some soya yogurt alternative and mix in 1 tsp of pistachio butter. Top with melted white chocolate and pistachios. Put back in the refrigerator for a little bit to let the chocolate harden. Enjoy! 💚

👉 35 g cornstarch
👉 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
👉 1/2 tsp baking powder
👉 1 tsp cinnamon
👉 2 tsp coconut flakes
👉 4-5 slices thick bread
👉 coconut oil or vegan butter for frying
👉 for serving: maple syrup, fruit
In a shallow bowl, whisk together all ingredients except the bread & oil. Add a little bit of oil/butter to a pan over medium-high heat. Whisk the batter again right before dipping the bread. Dip each side of the bread in the batter and let soak for a few seconds. Then cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown. Serve with maple syrup, fruit of choice and coconut flakes.
