If you've felt out of place, it's hard to get to a place where it feels safe, easy, and good. Which means your always in survival mode. True thriving requires that we feel safe wherever we are. What would a word look like that didn't require us to wear masks and to feel at home everywhere? #belonging #becomingexponential
Unlocking Trust in Ourselves and Others.
Sometimes we get into a habit pattern or situation in life that causes us to lose trust in ourselves.
And when others do things to hurt us, we an lose trust in everyone around us.
Once we can look at how the unconscious choices we've made are affecting our relationships, we can learn to practice trust again simply by starting with the thought that "trust IS possible"
I can re-learn it. I can let trust in myself build the trust that I have with others and vice/versa.
