are you frustrated with how risk-averse clients are? do they never buy your ideas because they say it’s too crazy or risky? that’s because their success isn’t based upon gambling, it’s based on assurance.

so, don’t just go in, guns blazing, hoping they’ll buy your super creative idea. instead, be sneaky about it. use the 70/20/10 method.

70% of your money and effort goes towards tried-and-true methods that will deliver no matter what.
20% goes towards things that you’ve done before and show potential.
10% goes towards blue sky thinking. if it fails (and expect it to), that’s okay. but if it works, it’ll pay off massively.

this takes the risk out of it for the client. they no longer see it as “this may not work” and instead see it as “if this does work, i’ll be a hero, but i’ll never look like a fool if it fails.”

always look at things from their perspective and you’ll sell more creative ideas.

Well, the good news is that the first of these experiments, Microsoft bing's chat bot, sites sources for information that it states. But, if I'm already getting the information I need, and I know that the source is something reliable, why would I ever want to click on that link?

So, that creates the question, if search engines like Google or Bing earn most of their revenue based upon the ads that it puts on a website, and we no longer have to go to the website in order to get the information, are they cannibalizing their own profits? Or are they just staying ahead of the game and trying to own a field that they could potentially lose in and be left behind.

the key is understanding that you can only guide midjourney, not dictate it. so, using an image, plus using a prompt to describe what it is you want that image to look like, will get you the best result. i also included some parameters i like to use when doing this kind of thing.

one thing is for sure: those who don’t embrace the speed and use these tools to augment their creative process are going to soon be left behind. it’s not going to be a choice for very long.

ideas will always be at the core of what we do, but the speed, variety, and innovation in the tools we use are getting us to the development and production of those ideas faster than ever.

it used to be that if you wanted to get money back after buying a product, you had to use a coupon. But this is a little bit more interesting… There’s actually cash inside of it.

These cash candle things are kind of funny. We get it because we want that rush of maybe hitting it big and getting that jackpot. It’s a classic marketing strategy: use FOMO to encourage people to buy. In this case, we fear of missing out on that big wind.

Honestly, I thought these were gonna be really expensive candles because of the guaranteed money inside, but they’re really about the same price as other candles, in the same size. I’ve seen a lot of copycats here, so they must be taking off.
