You need to build up trust, and show the email marketing gods (the ISP - internet service provider) that your emails are worthy and people want to read them.
So, how do you do that?
Start by building up your open rates, aim for a 30% open rate (at least), 90% of the time.
To ensure youâre getting those high open rates start by sending emails to small batches of engaged users.
Segmentation is key: Divide your subscribers into engaged and inactive groups. Engaged ones are more likely to open, so target them with tailored content.

Your CAC or customer acquisition cost is one of the most overlooked metrics for e-commerce stores. To calculate your CAC add up all the money you spend on marketing and sales including agency fees, media, and ad spend then divide that by the number of new customers you get in the same period.
