You have to think outside the box. I can tell you that my radio ads and my website, which is linked to an AdWords campaign are two of my highest quality lead generators. Radio is especially high quality for low expense. I teach my students exactly what works. I give examples of what my ads look or sound like. Insulated and put drywall in. We also added a mini split to create a heated and cooled space. Added about $25k to the value of the house! I’d say it was worth it.
