A 3-in-1 polish means you don’t need base coat or top coat with this, but you can add a topcoat for extra shine and the kit comes with removal tools too. DIY gel nails at home can be tricky but this kit makes it a lot easier:)

part 2 of this series and this is NOT to throw shade at that commenter or anyone tbh! If you saw the original video then you know, but I wanted to test out wearing colors I was told wouldn't look good on me because of my cool skin tone. This isn't to say you shouldn't wear what colors you want/make you happy, but if you're trying to find flattering colors for your skin tone then usually you want to align temperatures - aka if you have warm skin tones, warm toned colors tend to look better on you than cool toned colors and vice versa. I still think it's fun to try colors that 'they told me not to' so if you think there's a color that wouldn't look good on me, let me know and I'll do my best to try it out:)

This is how you can get a good nail shape every single time. If you use a file with a grit lower/rougher than 180, it will shred and destroy your natural nails. Make sure you use a glass file from a reputable nail brand bc a lot of the ones on Amazon are cheap junk - I like files from @mooncatofficial , @opi , @cirquecolors and @holotaco .
Always follow all instructions on any liquid cuticle remover or cuticle softener.
Cuticle oil is the most important thing for keeping your nails flexible, hydrated, and healthy. Don’t ever paint over an oily nail plate though, make sure to dehydrate the nails if you’re planning on painting and then oil the skin around the nail after you paint:)

I cannot believe this worked so well - 10-12 seconds per nail? And it wasnt messy like when I use acetone and lint-free wipes, and I could safely remove polish from one hand without risking the polish on the other. Honestly a 10/10 would recommend, and let me know what you want me to try next:)

Chrome nails are trending again and this is my take on that spring nail trend - but make it emoji / Taylor-Swift-album-themed because I was lucky enough to go to the Eras Tour last week and had to show up and show out for my favroite musical artist as an artist/nail hobbyist.
