I add workouts from my Apple Watch do I app the total workout calories burned or the active calories burned
Well this certainly changes things …
The only thing I use on my fitness pal is tracking calories, the rest are irrelevant

I always thought it was weird AF that it added those calories back in.. lol
Wow, thank you so much 🥰
It’s there so they can sell you premium which has the option to turn the adjustments off.
What!!!!!!!! My lose it calculates steps too!!!! I have been eating my step calories! 😅
But what if I burnt so many calories that when I don’t eat more I pass out?
what if i have workouts that are from my garmin which is accurate data? Should i not include that?
Watch the video again 😁

What do you think about chronometer?
They’re all the same
Are there any alternatives to MyFitnessPal? Everytime i try to register it just exits the app.

Omg I always wondered if that was right
Naw I just put sedentary as my “lifestyle” since I’m a student and add back the calories I burn exercising since I’m an athlete
I just unlinked my watch because it really reinforced the “workout to eat” mentality! Wish I had seen this video earlier 🥳
I want to get serious about tracking my calories, what’s the best app/calculators I should use?
I had no idea about the steps 😳
I love MyFitnessPal….
Except for this setting 😅
I use MM+ it’s a lot better IMHO especially because it does math for you and makes everything so simple!
