Okay but at the same time if ur in a calorie deficit but eating foods high in fat ur not gonna lose it very quickly that’s why everybody has that prob

When I first started I was way too deep in a calorie deficit. Now I’m still in a deficit but much a much smaller one and making insane progress!

I thought that with PCOS it was impossible to lose weight. I went into a calorie deficit with low GI and boom, weight started falling off.

320lb to 188lb here in 12 months ish, ate 1800 a day the entire time, gym 3 days a week, if I was to do it again I would've ate more calories.
