Ok, this is not an April Fool….DD Adult Dance Fitness Party Class! (I know right…) After sooooo long of being asked if I can do adult fitness classes…I am sooooo stepping out of my comfort zone to do my very first (and maybe last) DD Adult Dance Fitness Party Class….just drips off the tongue yeah? Adults only for 30 minutes of DD party-style madness condensed into a structured (ish) workout guaranteed to make you sweat and your bits ache and stuff. Grab your friends, grab your water bottles and get your retro leggings and sweatbands and let’s have half hour of…well, whatever it is…and burn off that Christmas excess. You will be following me for a non-stop 30 mins…so you sorta know what to expect. This first one is just £5 per person, and is on the 16th January 8:40pm till 9:10pm at St Leonards Hall Church, Bridgnorth (Ask niceley if you want me to come to your town)…then let’s see how it goes from there.
