This Ravioli Lasagna is a delicious twist pasta lovers didn't know they needed! 😋😍 an easy and delicious dinner that comes together in minutes! RECIPE BELOW! ⬇️ #TheBakerMama

RAVIOLI LASAGNA

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound ground Italian sausage
1 small yellow onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 (24 ounce) jar marinara sauce
1 (20 ounce) family-size package refrigerated four cheese ravioli (about 30 ravioli)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
2 cups grated Parmesan cheese, divided
2 cups whole milk ricotta cheese
1 (8 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Chopped fresh basil, for garnishing

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the Italian sausage, onion, and garlic and cook until the sausage is browned and starting to crisp, about 10 minutes. Drain off any excess fat and return to the pan.
3. Stir in the pasta sauce and remove from the heat.
4. In a medium mixing bowl, stir together the ricotta, chopped spinach, Italian seasoning, salt and black pepper.
5. Arrange half of the ravioli evenly in a single layer in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
6. Cover the ravioli with half of the sauce mixture.
7. Dollop half of the ricotta mixture all over the top of the sauce and then sprinkle with 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese and 1 cup of the parmesan cheese.
8. Arrange the remaining ravioli evenly over the cheese.
9. Top the ravioli with the remaining sauce, dollops of the remaining ricotta mixture, and then sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese.
10. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly on top.
11. Let the lasagna cool for 5 minutes and garnish with chopped fresh basil just before serving.

HASHBROWN BREAKFAST CASSEROLE

Ingredients:
9 frozen hashbrown patties
1 cup diced ham
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
1/2 cup diced yellow onion
2 cups shredded monterey jack and cheddar cheese blend
5 eggs
2 cups milk
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Arrange the frozen hashbrown patties side by side to cover the bottom of the dish.
3. Cover the patties with the diced ham, red bell pepper, green bell pepper and yellow onion.
4. Sprinkle everything evenly with the cheese. 
5. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, garlic powder and pepper until well combined.
6. Pour the egg mixture over everything in the baking dish.
7. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes or until the eggs are set and the casserole is golden around the edges.
8. Allow to cool 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

4TH OF JULY STAR COOKIES

Ingredients:
❤️ 1 and 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
🤍 1/4 cup sugar
💙 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
❤️ 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
🤍 1/4 cup powdered sugar
💙 24 strawberries, thinly sliced
❤️ 1 cup blueberries

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 325°F. In a medium bowl, combine the flour and sugar. Using a pastry cutter or two knives, cut in the butter until the mixture resembles fine crumbs. Form the mixture into 3 small balls and knead each one until smooth.
2. On a lightly floured surface, roll a ball of dough to 1/2-inch thick. Use a star cookie cutter to cut into stars. Place them 1-inch apart on un-greased cookie sheets. Repeat with remaining dough. Bake for 8-10 minutes until cookies are set. Let cool on cookie sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
3. In a small bowl, blend the cream cheese and powdered sugar with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Carefully spread icing evenly over each cooled cookie. Slice each strawberry slice in half and arrange on the cookies pointing outward. Place three blueberries in the center of each cookie.

Pretzel Snap Ice Cream Sandwich Bites are almost too cute to eat...almost! 😜 the sweet and salty flavor combinations are so perfect and endless with your favorite ice creams and toppings. Such a fun treat to make with the kids this summer! 🥨🍦😋🎉 RECIPE BELOW ⬇️

PRETZEL SNAP ICE CREAM SANDWICH BITES

Ingredients:
🥨 48 pretzel snaps
🍨 1 pint ice cream, any flavor
🍫 1.5 cups semisweet chocolate chips 
🥥 2 teaspoons coconut oil
🎉 sprinkles, chopped peanuts and pistachios, for garnishing

Instructions:
Lay out half of the pretzel snaps on a parchment-lined sheet pan.
Top each pretzel snap with a heaping tablespoon of ice cream and then top the ice cream with another pretzel snap and press down gently.
Immediately, place the bites in the freezer for at least 1 hour or until they are frozen firm.
Before removing from the freezer, combine the chocolate chips and oil in a microwave-safe bowl and melt on medium power in 30-second intervals until completely melted, stirring between each interval. 
Remove the bites from the freezer and dip half of each bite into the melted chocolate. Place the bite back on the sheet pan and immediately garnish the chocolate half with sprinkles, pistachios, peanuts or the garnish of your choice.
Return the bites to the freezer until the chocolate is set, about 30 minutes. Serve frozen and enjoy!
Store bites in a freezer-safe airtight container in the freezer.
