You're not alone. Join our virtual ADHD peer support group for a chance to connect with others who understand what you're going through and offer support and advice

Led by a trained facilitator, our support group offers a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals to share their experiences and learn from one another. The holiday edition of our group will focus on finding ways to make this season enjoyable for you and your loved ones.
