I feel MOST comfortable swimming out of the three sport segments of triathlons, but that doesn’t mean there still isn’t tons of work to do. 🏊🏼♀️
Having a C Section delivery six months ago has literally shredded my lower abs, but i can already feel them and my pelvic floor working together again while swimming - which im pumped about.
Only 1,000 yds today, but my splits are still where they were when i had to pass swim tests at work, so im honestly farther ahead than i thought… just means more effort can go towards training the run and bike portions 🥲🫡
