Understanding leadership at a young age is extremely important. I’ve learned that in order to become a successful and impactful leader, you must 1st learn how to lead and love yourself especially on the days you don’t feel like it.

This weekend, I had a phenomenal time speaking to freshman and sophomores attending Fayetteville State University. I shared the importance of mental fitness. This mindset gave them tools on how to cultivate more love, patience and resilience along their journey of success.
