I started my preschool educational blog a little over a year ago and during that time I’ve had many firsts —first cry over a tech issue 😂, first blog post, first email subscriber, first quote in a large parenting publication, etc— not to mention all sorts of other ups and downs. I created www.tenderheartedteacher.com a little over a year ago as a way to connect with other parents/caregivers of toddlers and preschoolers. As a preschool teacher (with a Master’s in ECE) and a toddler mom, I really wanted to help others on their parenting journeys through easy to digest early childhood resources and facts.
Over this past year, I’ve written more than 30 blog posts, been featured on several parenting and education websites, created two workbooks on Amazon, and opened an Etsy shop. It’s been exciting and challenging to say the least. So, I want to take a moment to say thank you to each and every one of you for your continued support in reaching these goals.

Here’s a simple winter/holiday activity that your preschooler will love. All you’ll need is some pipe cleaners and pony beads.
