Mine is the same he has allergies to something, had tests done but nothing came up, he is on daily medication from the vets now, hope this helps.

alopecia perhaps? I would try some Stinky Stuff, if they use the oil stuff daily in food, this might help, it's amazing stuff. still cute 🥰

might be a thyroid issue. same thing happened to my dog so we got her thyroid checked. she's on meds now and her fur has come back

Check for demodex. Allergies to household things like washing powder etc I have to use fairy bc my boys allergies. Keep diary of food, do 1 protein

Maybe sarcoptic or demodectic mange. My dog had sarcoptic mange when he was a puppy. They treated him for food allergies for ages though

Likely Demodex mange . Put him on bravecto. Has your vet skin scraped? If he’s not neutered he also needs to be to clear it up .
