TRADER JOES THAI RED CURRY W/ CHICKEN AND VEGGIES đ

Ingredients: 1 lb chicken breast, 4 cups veggies of choice, 1 small handful basil, 2 cloves garlic, 1 inch piece of ginger, 1 bottle @trader joes Thai red curry sauce

Directions: Saute chicken breast pieces in a neautral oil over medium heat until browned. Add ginger and garlic, saute for one minute. Add veggies, saute until soft. Add Thai red curry sauce, turn heat to medium low and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in basil. Serve with rice đ

The italian dressing (makes 1 cup): 3/4 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup red wine vinegar, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp basil, 1 tsp honey, 1 tsp dijon mustard, 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes, salt and pepper to taste
