This turned out so good despite me forgeting to add the veggies to the paste đŸ«ą Highly recommend if you have a free afternoon and access to the ingredients! TRADER JOES THAI RED CURRY W/ CHICKEN AND VEGGIES 💛

Ingredients: 1 lb chicken breast, 4 cups veggies of choice, 1 small handful basil, 2 cloves garlic, 1 inch piece of ginger, 1 bottle
@trader joes Thai red curry sauce

Directions: Saute chicken breast pieces in a neautral oil over medium heat until browned. Add ginger and garlic, saute for one minute. Add veggies, saute until soft. Add Thai red curry sauce, turn heat to medium low and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in basil. Serve with rice 💛
