Muscle up y'all 💪🤩 It changed my mindset & hence my results! And at the cost of sounding over dramatic 😏 it changed my life 😃🙌
Lifting weights is what I'm looking forward to most after I'm back from my 2-week India vacation 😊 oh and of course, I'm also most looking forward to hugging my hubby, kids, and dog 👫👨👩👧👦🐶 not particularly in that order 😉
I'm currently doing mostly cardio during vacation cuz I don't have access to over 3lb dumbbells, and it reminded me of the days when I did mostly cardio on purpose 😬
At 41, I came to the realization that intensity, pain, being skinny & deprivation were making me less happy ... I had to change something to change something 🤩
Strength training was the change I needed to push past my physical plateu & my negative mindset 🙈
So, I'm taking a break during vacation to remind you to start strength training if you haven't already 🙃 It's the key to making "healthy" a lifestyle 🤩🙌😍💪💗
