Short-term: the energy boost during a vacation with the best food around ๐Ÿ˜‹

Long-term: a mindset to stay consistent by making the best of a new environment vs. making it an excuse to fall off consistency #mindsetmatters

Vacations are not easy to recover from & before you know it, 2 days post vacation becomes 2 months & then 2 years... & so on! Don't fall victim to your vacation๐Ÿ™…โ€โ™€๏ธ

The victim mindset will always get in the way of any progress!
