Short-term: the energy boost during a vacation with the best food around 😋

Long-term: a mindset to stay consistent by making the best of a new environment vs. making it an excuse to fall off consistency #mindsetmatters

Vacations are not easy to recover from & before you know it, 2 days post vacation becomes 2 months & then 2 years... & so on! Don't fall victim to your vacation🙅‍♀️

The victim mindset will always get in the way of any progress!

Control what you can, no matter how small 🙏 it's the small changes that create bigger, long-term rewards -- no better reward than preventive health 💗#smallchanges

Even though I happen to love the consistency of prioritizing my health & doing it for a living, it's not easy🙈 I'm experiencing the challenge during my extended spring break in India!

Thank goodness for my OnDemand workout options, which are helping me stay in the mindset 💪🙌

To keep it healthy & prevent excessive weight gain, which increases risks of lower back pain, joint pain, heart disease & other conditions that require doctor prescriptions, plus also affect mental health, it's important to create mindful eating habits 😊
