Buenas! It’s Daniela from UNATION 👋 Because I’m Venezuelan, one of my favorite things to do is find the BEST ethnic spots around Tampa Bay!
Some of my favorite ethnic spots in Channelside are Guava Grill, Bamboozle, and Fabrica 💞 (not in that particular order).
Say hi to Dani and Jeremiah when you head to Guava in Sparkman Wharf! It’s ALWAYS a good idea to grab a Cuban Sandwich. We 100% recommend the chimichurri fries too 🍟
For lunch, I and my friend Jacoby decided to have some vegan pho and a papaya salad at Bamboozle 😋Hannah, the manager, welcomed us with open arms! Taro bubble tea and Thai tea are two of my favorite drinks. If you love boba as I do, you HAVE to try these! For dessert, we devoured the ube lavender cookie and earl gray cookie!
How can I leave Fabrica out? Not a weekend goes by without me having pizza from Fabrica 🍕Gustavo, one of the geniuses behind the concept, suggested the polpette e pesto and the chorizo pizza - both are to DIE for! Also, did you know Fabrica is featured in the 50 Top Pizzas in the U.S.?! 😱
