The military has a “Restoration Advisory Board” (RAB) that meets four times yearly to discuss contamination they are cleaning up. Not many people are aware that this board exists at some bases. They are primarily focused on showing how good of a job they're doing cleaning up decades-long contamination. They do not allow discussions regarding human health impacts or how that contamination affects boarding communities. This was during public comment. The military consistently states that none of their numerous contaminated sites impacted human health, but they also do not have the data or studies to back that up.

Grateful to those rallying behind the boy whose life is forever impacted by harmful levels of bacteria after over 7 million gallons of sewage spilled from 2020-2021. It took a child being harmed to give others the courage to come forward. We told the city to warn their residents. All we wanted was to provide the community with the power of knowledge. I also got a FUDS designation in South Patrick Shores, a state health assessment in Satellite Beach. I supported 500k for nutrient removal at Titusville’s water plant, got PFAS advisory levels to nearly zero, and so much more. We have been compensated $0 thus far.
