🍋🥧Looking for the perfect dessert? Look no further than key lime pie!

This classic treat is tangy, sweet, and oh-so-delicious.

3 cups Stater Bros. sweetened condensed milk
¾ cup key lime juice
½ cup Stater Bros. sour cream
1 tablespoon grated lime zest
1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

How to:

-Preheat the oven to 350 F
-Mix condensed milk, sour cream, lime juice and lime zest.
-Place pie crust on a baking sheet
-Pour pie filling into pie crust.
-Bake for 5 to 8 minutes. The filling will be wobbly but not browned.
-Place on a wire rack to cool. Once cooled, completely chill in the fridge prior to serving.
-Garnish as desired. You can't go wrong with whipped cream.

What you'll need:
2 tbsp Stater Bros. unsalted butter
1 large yellow onion
1/8 cup sherry cooking wine
1/4 cup dry white wine (we used pinot grigio)
5 sprigs of fresh thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
8 oz rigatoni uncooked
3 cups Full Circle Market organic beef stock
1 tsp Stater Bros. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan
1/4 cup Stater Bros. half and half

Add butter to your pot and let melt. Then add in sliced onions and desired amount of salt. Let that cook covered for about 5 minutes.

Uncover and cook down onions on medium-low for at least 20 minutes, stirring occasionally so they don't burn.

Pour in sherry and wine, thyme, and salt and pepper.

Add the dry rigatoni and pour in broth and Worcestershire. Bring to a boil and cook for about 15 minutes or until pasta is cooked through.

Remove from heat and pick out the thyme sprigs. Add the parm and cream and stir it.
