Here’s how I see in the lining of a suit head! I used a flimsy test bucket form for this video, normally I use 1” foam for my heads!

Basically I sew up a hood made of 4 pieces, then sew it to the inside of the head. For this to work, a scrap of fabric must be on top to keep the foam from ripping if the lining is tugged. I used some scrap interfacing material for this video, but I would recommend using something stronger like cotton. Takes a bit of practice to get it just right though!

Started working on my next project and finished up the tail. Hailey’s pretty lion tail has heavier polyfil in the tip and a lighter variety of polyfil in the rest. Doing this helps give the tail a lot of swishy and springy movement! #fursuit #fursuiter #fursuitmaker #furry #furryfandom (backlog post!)
