I thought i would make a video on how you can interact within the stammering community and gain confidence.
Some online groups that i recommend are ‘Stand up to Stammering’ and ‘Stuttering to confidence’. Both are these groups welcome anyone and is such a good way to grow confidence.
Finally take a look onto the stamma website to see if theirs any stammering groups in your local area.
