Meditation is a lifelong practice and it’s not judging you. Falling off isn’t the important part. It’s starting again that makes the difference.
Meditation has changed my life by making me more calm, focused, and connected to my intuition. I started small and you can too!

⭐️Grab earbuds and listen to a guided meditation or music.
⭐️You will still have running thoughts and that’s ok.
