ingredients:
* 1 tbsp @spiceworldinc Squeezable Ginger
* 3 tbsp @spiceworldinc Easy Onion
* 1 tbsp @spiceworldinc Minced Garlic
* ~16 oz chicken bone broth
* 16 oz carrots
* 10 oz butternut squash
* cooking oil spray
* optional: rosemary, pumpkin seeds
Preheat oven to 375F. Cut squash and carrots into small pieces. Spray squash and Carrots with oil. Roast for 30-40 min (time may vary depending on size of pieces), toss halfway. Add roasted veggies to a blender, along with bone broth, Squeezable Ginger, Minced Garlic, & Easy Onion. Blend until smooth. Add rosemary and pumpkin seeds if desired. Serve with bread/croutons. Enjoy!
