لكل اللي الموجودين في #RedBullSoundClash انهارده:
١. احنا موجودين عند الـ station، عشان لو حد احتاج أي مساعدة.
٢. أفراد التأمين هيكونوا منتشرين في كل الأماكن تقدروا تتواصلوا مع أقرب حد ليكم لو حصل مشكلة.
٣. هيكون فيه مجموعة من المتطوعين عند الـ station عشان يقدموا الدعم النفسي لأي حد اتعرض للتحـرش ويساعدوه يبلغ أو يعرف ازاي ياخد إجراءات قانونية.
٤. لو حد قرر ياخد إجراء قانوني هنساعده يتواصل مع محامي متطوع بعد المحضر عشان يتابع معاه الإجراءات.
٥. وجودنا مش بديل لوجود أفراد التأمين اللي موجودين ولا لأفراد الشرطة اللي موجودين برا المكان، وأي شخص هيتعدي على غيره هيتم التعامل معاه من الجهتين.
٦. احنا مش جهة إبلاغ رسمية ودورنا بيقتصر على مساعدة ودعم الضحايا في انهم ياخدوا الإجراءات اللازمة بنفسهم عشان الجهات المختصة تقوم بالتحقيق، لكن ما بينفعش ناخد الإجراء القانوني بنفسنا.
٧. بنفكركم أن لمس شخص تاني بيعتبر جريمة هتـك عـرض مش تحـرش ودي عقوبتها بتوصل ل١٥ سنة.
متحمسين اننا هنقابلكم، وبنتمنى أن اليوم يعدي من غير أي حوادث تحـرش وكل الناس تنبسط من غير ما حد يضايق التاني. ❤️
For everyone attending today
1. Our station will be located outside the venue tomorrow, in case anyone needs any assistance.
2. Security personnel will be present in all areas, and you can reach out to the nearest person in case of any problems.
3. There will be a group of volunteers at the station to provide psychological support for anyone who has experienced harassment and to help them report or understand the legal procedures.
4. If anyone decides to take legal action, we will assist them in contacting a volunteer lawyer after filing the report so that they can follow up with the procedures.
5. Our presence does not replace the security personnel or the police outside the venue, and anyone who violates the law will be dealt with by both parties.
6. We are not an official reporting party, and our role is limited to helping and supporting the victims in taking the necessary actions themselves so that the relevant authorities can investigate.
7. We want to remind you that touching someone else is considered a crime of sexual assault, not harassment, and its punishment can reach up to 15 years.
