i grew up in a village. yes, itβs actually called a village lol
and when i moved to the city it was quite the shock. i wrote this song in my room one night when i felt really far away from who i was, cause who i was was so closely tied to where i came from.
this song wasnβt even supposed to be on the EP, but it was thrown on there just because i loved it too much to let it get buried in my notes app.
and the response i got was so much more than i couldβve imagined. hearing that people connect with it is just so special π thanks for listening to βThe Moonβ π«Άπ»

at the beginning of 2023, i wrote down my goals for this year. i wrote a bunch of things that i knew were possible to achieve but i also wanted to write something crazy... just for fun. something i didn't think was possible... something like "land my song in a TV show" π΅βπ«
