One thing about me is that skating on my heels scares the shit out of me. Heel flares have been a huge mind block for me, and im not really sure why i felt brave enough to try this but… it went so well?!? Im still so shocked!!
For the most part ive been all about listening to my body/mind when it comes to skating. Some people are great at being brave, but for me those moments are few and far between. I think it can really hold back my progress, but at the same time I’ve just let myself progress at my own pace! Although it takes a lil bit longer, ive found myself still able to learn new tricks as a cautious skater. So proud of myself for this one :’) #rollerskatingtricks #heelspins #spinning #newtrickunlock

Started my birthday yesterday skating with Kat! We learnt this lil dance.
Honestly so proud how far we’ve come already! We’re getting down these routines so much faster and also way more sync than we were in the beginning. If you havent tried learning skate dances before, 10/10 would recommend! @skatiekat
