5 minute protein packed snack recipe ⤵️
1/2 cup plain yogurt (dairy or non-dairy)
2 tbsp nut/seed butter (peanut, almond, cashew, or sun butter)
2 tsp ground flaxseed
1 tsp cinnamon
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl- that’s it! Super easy ☺️ store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Serve along side “apple fries” - aka crinkle cut apple slices or any other fruit you like! For ways to prevent your apples from going brown, check out our past post 🍏
