Ingredients:
π 2 tsp Sipologyβs French Toast Functional Latte
π 1 frozen banana
π₯ 1 scoop protein powder
π§ 1 cup ice
π₯ 1 cup milk or milk alternative (or Β½ cup if you want a thicker shake)
Directions:
Blend all ingredients until smooth, then enjoy!

You would never guess that these brownies are made with just a handful of simple ingredients that are, grain-free, and refined sugar-free π Did you know that dates contain several vitamins and minerals, in addition to fiber and antioxidants?
Ingredients:
1 cup almond flour
1 cup Medjool dates, pitted
3 large eggs
ΒΌ cup honey
ΒΌ cup coconut oil, melted
1 tsp pure vanilla
Β½ cup dark cocoa powder
Β½ tsp cinnamon
Β½ tsp baking soda
ΒΌ tsp sea salt
4 tsp Sipology's Probiotic Boost - Summer Strawberry
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Place ingredients (except eggs) in a food processor and mix until well combined.
2. Add eggs, one at a time, pulsing each time for about 30 seconds.
3. Line a baking dish with parchment paper, then pour in the batter.
4. Bake for about 25 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
5. Remove brownies, let cool then cut into squares. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
