Simple triangle framework for personal growth. 1 spiritual intention as the fuel “way of being” 2. Your vision of your future, that your life ultimately looks like 3. Your skill in the art of letting go, the ability to release emotional and mental upsets. By developing in these three areas you are guaranteed growth and succes in life. #growth #personaldevelopment #internalkungfu #wingchun
A complete dimension of visualization. So apart from us sitting here with our physical bodies, we’re also all living in an actual world of thought forms. And we more so just feel them, but there is a level of, like a clairvoyant can see them, you know, but most of us just feel them. You know, remember we have our physical body, energy body, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies. So we live in all of these dimensions. Now, by aligning ourself and becoming aware of the visual energy, you start to, let’s just say, put a foot in that other world. #visualization #thoughtforms #clairvoyance #energybody #emotion #physicalbody
The different uses of moving energy. The kinetic quality of energy is used both for relaxation whilst moving and for directionality. If you can continually release tension whilst under pressure (sinking aka moving energy down) firstly you make your body more loose, free and dynamic, secondly you become more spontaneous and powerful. Next if you can correctly aim your space and matter forward (moving energy forward to the opponents centre) you can use your mass intelligently to attack the opponents balance and crush through their limbs. So as they say in internal Kung fu ‘sink the chi’ is a powerful tool for skill development. #movingenergy #sinkthechi #internalmartialarts #wingchun
Sticky hands training. We are practising sticky hands majority of the time you should be working on structure and development of relaxation through the use of the state. However, striking touch, sparring and sparring to make up a part of this training as well. A good ratio is to work on the state and forms about 40% slow luk sau rolling, where you develop the skill in the application of state into the movements, about 50% in about 10% actual sparring and touch sparring. Working on your forms and the application of state in your rolling. Arms sets up a powerful platform for the application of your striking and trapping techniques in sticky hands sparring. Most people don’t have the patience to train this way. But those who do become great much faster than those without the patience. I wish much patience for you all.. #skilldevelopment #WingChun
