after living in a teeny apartment with zero storage for holiday decor, this is my first year decorating for halloween! 🥹 last year we were wrapping up renovations, and still putting our furniture back in place. So, i am stoked to decorate this year!
I picked up a few things from Amazon, Target, and Joanns! I wanted my decor to be a bit more low key (since i go all out for christmas!🎄). I loooooove how it turned out! Im obsessed with the garland over the fireplace 🤩 also, i am feeling proud of myself for thinking to use a faux spiderweb as a table runner 😂✨

Ive been obssessing over these Mackenzie Childs pumpkins, but not the price 🥲 so i decided to DIY, and i loooove how they turned out!! A few notes-
- i decided against adding the lil painted details (the yellow and pink stripes) on the white that hers have, since i wanted a more simple look. You could totally paint those on to make it look more like it!
- also decided against the gold stem, since i kind of liked how it already looks. Do we think i should paint them gold??
- the clear coat isnt necessary, but adds that gloss that her pumpkins have!

Replying to @neonandromeda here’s a lil haul of everything we brought back from our europe trip! We went to London, Copenhagen, and Stockholm, and fell in love with all three! We only took a carry on and a backpack each to make travel easier, but that meant we didnt have as much room to bring stuff back 🥲 maybe that’s a good thing, because i def would have bought more!!! I think these would be sooo cute as stocking stuffers, wedding gifts (with the couple’s names??) and a housewarming gift! So many opportunities for a good gift! I love that they’re small, and totally usable, so you’re not gifting something custom and huge that the recipient might not want. Also, having your own custom card deck is a vibe 😎

Copenhagen is pure magic!!!!! I fell in love with the city before even traveling there, and it did not dissapoint.
