Creamy Lemon Caviar Spaghetti:
For 2 portions:
3 tablespoon butter (2 at the beginning plus one more to finish)
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 diced shallot
4 chopped garlic cloves
12 oz spaghetti alla chitarra
3-4 tablespoons creme fraiche
2 lemons
1 bunch parsley, chopped

Ingredients:
4 washed clementines
3/4 cup (160g) neutral oil
4 eggs
3/4 cup (184g) sour cream
1.5 cups (300g) sugar
2.5 cups (325g) flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
Blend clementines, eggs, and sour cream until smooth. Add in other ingredients and blend until just combined. Pour into prepared muffin tins and bake 16 minutes at 350° F. Makes 24
After cooling, combine 8 oz cream cheese with 1/4 cup butter, add 1 cup powdered sugar and mix until smooth. Pipe or spread onto cool cupcakes.

1 cup / 2 sticks (226g) unsalted butter at room temperature
1–1/2 cups (300g) granulated sugar
3 eggs
5–1/2 cups (685g) all purpose flour
1 tsp coarse salt (such as kosher)
2–1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup (120ml) orange juice
𝐅𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
Good quality jam (I like apricot or raspberry)
Homemade Apple Pie Filling (make it in 5 minutes by sautéeing a diced apple with 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 stick of butter, and 1 tsp cinnamon)
Nutella
Prune Levkar (Mix 1 jar with the juice of 1/2 a lemon, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp honey)
𝐄𝐠𝐠 𝐰𝐚𝐬𝐡 𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
1 egg white whisked lightly with 2 tsp granulated sugar
