I did it again! I took the plunge into the cold water for the second time, and I’m feeling amazing!
After my first plunge last week, I knew I had to come back for more.
S/O to @marsalajoseph for actually getting me to go do this and @mikeysalrealestate for taking the plunge with me.
Even though it was a struggle to be in the cold water, I remembered all the benefits it has for my body and mind, so I forced myself to break my previous time record for sitting in the tub. (Over 3 Minutes😁)
As some of you know by following me or knowing me personally, I’ve been yo-yoing with my weight for MANY YEARS and it’s really affected me mentally when I’m out of shape.
But I’m trying my hardest to create/maintain a new healthy lifestyle for myself, and I’ve been focusing on eating healthier and being more positive every day for the last 30 days.
I have to admit, it’s not easy for me to post something like this. I’m still far away from where I want to be, and I’ve always been self-conscious about my weight when I’m heavy.
I’m learning to be kinder to myself, and I know that every small victory counts towards the bigger picture.
I also want to take a moment to thank each and every one of you who continue to support me here on Instagram.
This account has been a huge part of my success professionally, but I’ve realized that I’ve disconnected my personal self from it over the last year.
I want to change that and share more of my personal journey towards a healthier lifestyle with all of you.
So, here’s to more cold plunges, more healthy eating, and more positivity every day!
