In each step along the Camino de Santiago, Dad and I have embarked on an extraordinary journey that encompasses both heart-wrenching moments and a breathtaking tapestry of beauty and sorrow. This pilgrimage has taught us that grief cannot be solved; instead, it demands to be heard and acknowledged.
In this bittersweet dance of honoring the past and embracing the future, we have found solace and strength in the unwavering reliability of our @merrell boots, supporting us with every stride.
As we continue to walk this path, we are reminded of the resilience of the human spirit and the profound healing power of nature.
The Camino has brought us closer to understanding the intricate depths of grief and the profoundness of life's journey. It has taught us to treasure each step and embrace the profound lessons that grief unveils along the way.
In the face of loss, we find ourselves surrounded by an incredible community of fellow pilgrims, sharing stories, tears, and moments of pure connection. The Camino has not only been a physical and emotional pilgrimage but also a spiritual one, reminding us that we are never alone in our grief.
With gratitude in our hearts, we move forward, carrying the memories and love of our lost ones with us. Together, we honor their legacy and celebrate the resilience of the human spirit.

The Big Celebrity Detox premiered this week on E4 TV @e4grams in the UK and airs nightly from Monday - Thursday at 9pm through May 25th! Tune in to watch as I guide eight celebrities living together at a retreat through a range of different treatments and experiences for a life-transforming physical and spiritual detox. The show features a star-studded cast from Love Island star Megan Barton-Hanson and singer Kerry Katona to Homes Under the Hammer presenter Martin Roberts and Princess Olga Romanoff. I had SO much fun filming this series last fall at a stunning retreat facility in beautiful Yorkshire, England and I am thrilled to finally share it with you.
