If the city wonât keep us safe, we will. From @Parker Day268 : On Tuesday 12/6 Slow Lake Street was approved as a permanent Slow Street. On Wednesday 12/7, we received word that the Mayor's Office wanted to delay installing new Slow Street signage.

We created a mobile Queer Space free of cops, cars, and TERFs!! It was so much fun filling up the street and taking up space. We went out to Bayshore/Oakdale to implement a guerilla road diet to narrow the road and calm traffic at the site of the third fatal car crash this month on San Francisco streets. We also heard from Sam who works nearby and witnessed the crash. 30 road users a year are killed by cars. We need safe streets now. #bancars #safestreets #urbanplanning #sanfrancisco
