Who doesn’t love Yafa? We’re thrilled to announce that we’ll be staging two arts and theatre camps in July and August for kids aged 7 to 14 with our new friend, Yafa Goawily! You know her from the Cornwall Art Hive and Yafa Arts and Crafts, and now she's sharing her passion for community building through art with the the SVTC. Participants will learn all manner of artistic skills, including puppet theatre, storytelling, crafting, and more. This is an excellent opportunity for your child(ren) to explore their creativity and make new friends. Space is limited, so register now! Springtime is here, and that means it’s time to apply for the SVTC’s annual bursary, granted to students applying to post-secondary programs related to theatre or the arts. Our bursary has been awarded to ten deserving young people since 2013 and we’re eager to find candidates for 2023.
