finally got comfortable w pushing till failures and I'm scared deload will throw it off

Deloads are necessary I would argue after your first 1-2 years of lifting; everything is a learning process, you’ll be fine 🙏

Bc I know in the back of my head I’m using load I can handle thru a full ROM & that I have strengthened that joint angle at the bottom over time 🙏

I find that when i train i take a large majority of sets to failure. Is this ok or is going a couple reps shy from failure on most sets better?
